Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-22 · النسخة العربية

1. Acceptance

By creating a Wasl account or using any workspace in it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you create the account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Wasl is a unified inbox for customer conversations across connected messaging channels, with an AI assistant that answers from your own knowledge base, a contact record (CRM), and a publishing studio. Which channels are actually available to your workspace depends on what the platform has enabled and what you have connected — each screen states a channel’s real capability and never shows a button for something that does not work yet.

3. Account and workspace

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done with your account.
  • The workspace owner controls who is invited and each member’s role, and may remove a member or leave the workspace.
  • The channel credentials you connect (a bot, Page or number token) are yours and are used only to serve your workspace.

4. Trial and subscription

  • Every new workspace starts with a time-limited free trial. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until a paid subscription is activated; its data is not deleted.
  • Paid plans have limits published on the subscription screen (workspaces, users, scheduled posts per month and so on) and are billed through an external payment provider.
  • You can change or stop your plan from workspace settings; the effect on what works, and when, is shown on that screen before you confirm.

5. Acceptable use

Wasl may not be used to:

  • Send unsolicited messages or messages that violate the policies of the messaging platform used (Meta, Telegram, TikTok and others) — complying with those policies is your responsibility as the operator of the channel.
  • Impersonate another party, or collect customer data in ways that breach applicable law.
  • Access data of a workspace you are not a member of, or circumvent your subscription limits by technical means.

We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms, and we tell its owner why whenever we can.

5.1 Your obligations towards Meta platforms (Messenger · Instagram · WhatsApp)

Wasl is a Tech Provider that lets you message your customers through your own assets. The Page, the account and the number are yours, and Meta’s policies apply to you directly. By accepting these terms you undertake to:

  • Never message anyone on WhatsApp before they have given you their phone number and opted in to being messaged, and to keep evidence of that opt-in — this is the text of the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
  • Respect the customer service window: twenty-four hours from the customer’s last message; outside it only an approved template may be sent on WhatsApp, and on Messenger/Instagram only a message tag permitted for that case.
  • Not use templates or tags for anything other than what they were approved for, and not send promotional content disguised as a service message.
  • Give your customer a clear way to stop receiving messages, and a clear path to a human when they are talking to an automation.
  • Not use the service to sell what the WhatsApp Commerce Policy prohibits (including: weapons and ammunition; drugs and prescription medical products; tobacco and related products; alcohol; unsafe supplements; live animals and endangered species; adult services; real-money gambling; currencies, securities and unauthorized financial products; human body parts).
  • Not use what you obtain from Meta about a person who messaged you for any purpose beyond serving them, and never sell or share it.

Breaching these policies may lower your number’s quality rating, restrict it, or disable your Page — that is Meta’s decision, not ours. We disconnect a channel we know to be used in breach, and notify the workspace owner of the reason.

6. Your customers’ data

The content of your workspace’s customer conversations and the knowledge you upload belong to your workspace, not to Wasl — we host and process them on your behalf under the privacy policy. Exporting your data is available at any time from workspace settings.

You are the controller of your customers’ data and we are your processor: the controller duties of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law apply to you (informing your customer, responding to their requests, keeping the basis for processing), and we execute deletion requests that reach us from you or from the platform — the route is described on the data deletion page.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: scheduled maintenance or an outage at an external provider (a messaging platform or an AI provider) may temporarily stop a particular feature without losing your data.

8. Intellectual property

The code, the design and the “Wasl” mark belong to the platform’s owners. Using the service does not grant you a licence to copy or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for a business decision taken on the basis of an AI-generated reply without human review, nor for a disruption caused by a messaging platform or another external provider outside our control.

10. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time and export its data first. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or whose trial ended without a subscription, keeping its data readable or restorable for a reasonable period before final deletion.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are first settled amicably; anything unresolved is referred to the competent judicial authority. «to be completed with the legal entity name» — the operator’s legal name, commercial registration, address and the agreed forum are completed here.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date above when we do. For any question: support@growthmedia.online.
